Is there a fair price place to stay overnight as i wait for my connecting flight the next day at Johannesburg airport? Are there hotels or Guest houses at the airport? whats the rate per night with bed and breakfast? whays your best advise to me as a first time traveller to South africa in transit?

    There is a Holiday Inn and a City Lodge(which will be cheaper) very close to the airport with a shuttle service to the airport, both are popular with air travelers.

    Both hotels are comfortable and fairly reasonable.

    I suggest you go to their websites where you can read more and make reservations on line.

    There are quite a few places and the prices vary often… so you should be able to find something nice. I would recommend checking out BookMe dot com. You can compare ALL the reputable travel sites, and save money. Good luck!
