It is located in 84 3rd Ave Melville, Jburg. I was wondering about location and safety of the guest house. We are going to World Cup next year and I am finding most hotels are already booked.

No not yet, however, you should look it up on TripAdvisor.com

I just spent the last hour looking at vacation packages to Rapa Nui (Easter Island) and used their reviews for lodging and found it very detailed with guests’ remarks. They specialize in accommodations etc.

Melville is generally a reasonably safe area. But wherever you go in South Africa, you’re going to have to watch your step very carefully. The criminals here are going to have themselves a wonderful time with all the foreigners wandering around here next year.
